Background:
The Firing Range Tower is located at the Broken Arrow Police and Fire Training Facility at 4205 E. Omaha St. The tower is settling and beginning to lean to the east. A structural engineer was contracted to investigate the tower, provide a report with their findings and design a solution with construction documents to level the tower and prevent any additional settling or leaning in the future.
Bid documents were prepared and advertised on October 23rd and 30th, 2018. One bid was received and opened on November 13, 2018. Stronghand L.L.C. was the only bidder at $63,500.00. The bid exceeds the available funds to construct.
