title

Approval of and authorization to issue a temporary sanitary sewer service and connection for the Milestone mixed use project job trailer, located on Callaway lot, east of the proposed site 305 North Main Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

End

Background:

Cowen Construction is placing a job trailer on property east of the proposed Milestone mixed use facility at 305 N. Main.  The property to the east will be used to stage the job trailer, materials and storage containers during construction of the proposed mixed use facility.

They are requesting a 3/4-inch water meter to connect to City water and requesting a sewer service line and tap to the City sanitary sewer system.

City staff have no objection or concern with water or sewer connection to City system.  The connection to the City sewer system requires approval and authorization by Council prior to placement of service line or tap related to job trailers.  The service line and tap will be installed per City requirements.  The service line will removed and the tap capped off at the completion of the mixed use facility construction and removal of the job trailer.

City staff recommends approval and authorization for Cowen Construction to connect to the City sanitary sewer system with their job trailer.
