Background:
The project is located at the ISSC West Soccer Fields at the South end of Aspen (145th E Ave) approximately .63 miles South of Jasper (131st St South). The construction project consists of new lighting service to soccer field #28 including complete lighting installation, wiring of poles, and fixtures.
Bid documents were prepared and advertised on October 23rd and 30th, 2018. Three bids were received and opened on November 13, 2018. The lowest responsible bid was Third Generation Electrical, Inc. for $99,254.00. The Engineer’s Estimate for the project is $105,100.00.
