Background:
BAZ-2014, a request to change the zoning on property located north and east of the northeast corner of Albany Street and 51st Street (Evans Road) from A-1 to RS-2, was approved by the City Council on November 20, 2018. BAZ-2014 was approved subject to right-of-way and utility easements being dedicated along 51st Street (Evans Road) in accordance with the Subdivision Regulations.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement dedication.
