Pines at the Preserve, LLC is dedicating a detention easement for purposes of developing the Pines at the Preserve subdivision. The detention easement is shown as Exhibit B and is one of several easements being provided in association with this proposed subdivision.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the detention easement dedication.
