Presentation of Service Award Pin to Councilmember Mike Lester

Background:
Councilor Mike Lester was first elected as City Councilmember in 2007 and was re-elected in 2011 and 2015. During his time on the City Council, he served as Mayor from 2009 to 2012. In addition to his time as an elected official, Mr. Lester served nine years on the Planning Commission and one year on the Board of Adjustment.
As a result of his dedication to the citizens of Broken Arrow, it is appropriate to recognize his service with a service award pin. Councilmember Lester is receiving a 20-year pin.
