Background:
The City of Broken Arrow Police Department has requested the Engineering and Construction Department to engage an architect to produce construction documents for the a new forensic lab and renovations to the records storage and workout facilities at the Public Safety Complex located at 1101 North 6th Street in Broken Arrow. In addition to the indoor renovations and addition of a forensics lab, the PD requires a driveway ramp on the exterior of the PSC to transport vehicles inside the forensic processing bay. The consultant was asked to provide a proposal and fee for addition of the driveway ramp.
Selser Schafer Architects submitted a proposal in the amount of $2,850.00 and the attached Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Professional Consultant Services was prepared.
Cost: $2,850.00
