The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easements are being donated to the public from the City of Broken Arrow, an Oklahoma municipal corporation. The easements are property located at 5420 S 23rd Street, a tract of land in part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma for the County Line Trunk Sewer Replacement.
