Background:
The attached Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Tucson Village LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcel 10.1 consists of .53 acres and Parcel 10.2 consists of 2.35 acres of Temporary Construction Easements for the County Line Trunk Sewer Replacement, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Tucson Village LLC has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Temporary Construction Easement: 10.1 and 10.2 Rental Period until 12/31/2020
125,713.45 SF @ $ 0.15 SF x 20% = $3,751.78
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $3,760.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as are the Temporary Construction Easements. Payment of the compensation amount is on the November 20, 2018 City Council Claims List.
