Background:
This ordinance regulates the permitting of mobile vendors. The amendment provides for an annual permit instead of a permit being requires per location the vendor operates at. The fee charged for such permit is no longer required per location but instead on an annual basis. Further, site plans are no longer required before a permit will be issued. This will allow mobile vendors to operate at various locations within the City pursuant to an annual permit.
