Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from 91st Land, LLC, the owner. Parcel 18 consists of 0.08 acres of permanent Right-of-Way for Washington Street Improvements, Garnett to Olive, in Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. 91st Land, LLC has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Permanent Right of Way: 3,616 Square Feet (SF) @ $1.95 SF = $7,051.20
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $7,060.00

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the November 5, 2018 City Council Claims List.

Funding Source: Funding for this project is from the G.O. Bond 2014.
