Approval of and authorization to execute a Court Agreement and Addendum with American Municipal Services Corporation to collect outstanding fines and warrants

Background:
This agreement allows American Municipal Services Corporation (AMSC) to collect fines from the City’s outstanding warrants. Pursuant to Oklahoma State Statute Title 11 Section 22-138, AMSC will add a 35% collection fee to the amount defendants owe for each case sent to AMSC. The collection fee is retained by AMSC while the City will be paid the full amount due on the outstanding fine.
