Background:
John Barnhart with the law firm of John Barnhart, P.C. is a well-respected attorney with vast legal knowledge in workers compensation matters.
The attached Professional Services Agreement memorializes retention of Mr. Barnhart, costs and the hourly rates to be charged. Mr. Barnhart charges $125.00 per hour, $100.00 per hour for Associates, and $60.00 to $80.00 per hour maximum for paralegals. Routine costs such as copying and postage are addressed in the Agreement. Costs and fees for this matter are capped at $50,000.00 and it will expire on June 30, 2019, if the case is not finalized by that time.
Cost: Not to exceed $50,000.00
