The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Janie Thomas, the owner. Janie Thomas has accepted the offer of $1,800.00, subject to City Council approval.
Parcel 12A: Temporary Construction Easement: 3,429 Square Feet (SF) @ $ .50 SF = $1,714.50
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $1,800.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the October 16, 2018 City Council Claims List.
