Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from American Land Development Limited Partnership, the owner. American Land Development Limited Partnership has accepted the offer of $970.00, subject to City Council approval.

 

Parcel 9: Permanent Right of Way:  1,940 SF  @ $ .50 SF = $970.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the October 16, 2018 City Council Claims List.
