Background:

The owner of the property, City of Broken Arrow, is requesting approval of and authorization to execute a License Agreement to allow the construction of a vehicular entrance, to landscape, maintain, and repair the City right-of-way known as East Reno Street located north of Lot 1 Block 1, Hillcrest Lynn Lane.  This vehicular entrance will be constructed as a part of a new Chase Bank proposed to be constructed on property located at the northeast corner of 9th Street and Hillside Drive.

 

Staff has reviewed all documents and attachments pertaining to this request and recommend approval of and authorization to execute the License Agreement.
