Presentation regarding update on the City Street Maintenance Program funded through Street Sales Tax

Background:
In November 2015, the residents of Broken Arrow voted to create a Special Revenue fund for the purpose of improving, constructing and maintaining City streets, sidewalks and related stormwater facilities, including the acquisition and replacement of machinery, equipment and materials, and including the installation of traffic control devices and signalization. The funding for this Special Revenue fund generated from a twenty-five hundredths of one percent (0.25%) tax that became effective January 1, 2017.
As we begin our second full fiscal year of this Program, the City Manager as requested that Staff provide the Council an update of the Program. The following presentation fulfills this request and provide the Council with an overview of our current Program.
