Approval of and authorization to execute a contract with SpyGlass for auditing the City’s telecommunication services to include, but not limited to, local and long distance, voice billing, internet and data line billing, including T1’s and wireless billing

Background:
SpyGlass Group, LLC specializes in telecommunication audits. The company will review all of the City’s communications such as data line billing, voice billing, internet and wireless communications to determine if there are services the City is paying for but not in use or is no longer using; making sure the bills are consistent with contracts, etc. If the company does not find any discrepancies there is no cost to the city. Fees are success based fees:
• If they find no discrepancies or we choose not to implement their recommendations the City pays nothing
• Fees only pertain to the recommendations the City chooses
• 50% Cost recovery
• 12 times any monthly service elimination and cost reduction savings, which ensures that our ROI will be realized within 12 months.
Cost: $0 (Success based fees, only get paid if they uncover incorrect billing)
