The attached General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement are being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Jesse and Marilyn Matthews, husband and wife, the owners.  Parcel 6 consists of 0.07 acres of permanent Right-of-Way and 0.0095 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for Washington Street Improvements, Garnett to Olive, located at 11903 E 91st Street in SE/4 of the SE/4 of the SW/4 of Section 17, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
