The attached General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement are being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from David Bendel, President of Siegfried Companies, Inc., the owner. Parcel 2 includes the GWD consisting of 0.42 acres of permanent Right-of-Way and the TCE consisting of 0.11 acres of construction easement, both located in the SW Quarter of Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 14 East. Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
