Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Larry Sweet, Managing Member of Hedgehog Investments, Inc., the owner. Parcel 7, which consists of 0.10 acres of permanent Right-of-Way for Florence Street Improvements, Olive to Aspen, in Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Hedgehog Investments has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

 

Permanent Right of Way: $ 4,168.00

Total Compensation: (Rounded) $4,170.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the August 7, 2018 City Council Claims List.
