Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Lisa M. Winham, the owner. Parcel 7 consists of 0.03 acres of permanent Right-of-Way for Washington Street Improvements, Garnett to Olive, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Ms. Winham has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: $ 4,720.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the August 7, 2018 City Council Claims List.
Cost: $4,720.00
Funding Source: Funding for this project is from the G.O. Bond 2014.
