Background:
Gary D. Baer with Baer & Timberlake, P.C. is a well-respected attorney with vast legal knowledge in right-of-way acquisitions, title opinions and property law.
The attached Professional Services Agreement memorializes retention of the firm, costs and the hourly rates to be charged. The firm charges the following rates:
Contested Case Fees: Non-Contested Case Fees:
Partners: $225.00 per hour maximum Partners: $175.00 per hour maximum
Associates: $225.00 per hour maximum Associates: $175.00 per hour maximum
Paralegal: Not Applicable Paralegal: Not Applicable
Routine costs such as copying and postage are addressed in the Agreement. Costs and fees for this matter are capped at $25,000.00 and it will expire on June 30, 2019, if the case is not finalized by that time.
Cost: Not to exceed $25,000.00
