Background:
The applicant, GEODECA, Land Surveying, has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a 26-foot wide mutual access easement running north and south across Lots 13, 14, 21 & 22, Block 18, Original Town of Broken Arrow.
This mutual access is proposed to allow cross access for traffic associated with the proposed mixed-use development on this site. This area is also proposed to be the location of the fire lane.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the mutual access easement.
