Background:

The applicant, GEODECA Land Surveying, has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of an approximately 0.22 acre utility easement extending north and south across Lots 12, 14, 21 & 22, Block 18, Original Town of Broken Arrow and extending east between Lots 14 through 17 and 18 through 21, to North 1st Street.

The applicant has also submitted an application requesting the closure of the existing alleyway located within Block 18, Original Town of Broken Arrow. This proposed utility easement replaces the closed alleyway and will allow utility access to the proposed mixed-use development on this property.
