Background:
The owner of the property, City of Broken Arrow, is requesting approval of an Encroachment Agreement and Release of Liability for a (approximately 3.47 foot by 31.47 foot) building encroachment into the right-of-way on the northern boundary of East Detroit Street. This encroachment will be constructed as a part of a new mixed-use facility proposed to be constructed on the majority of Block 18.
Staff has reviewed all documents and attachments pertaining to this request and recommend acceptance of the Encroachment Agreement and Release of Liability.
