Background:

The owner, Public Service Company of Oklahoma, has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a 22.5 foot wide sanitary sewer easement, north side of Tucson Street, across a 50-foot right-of-way belonging to Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO). This sanitary sewer easement is proposed as an offsite easement to the property to the west, which is being platted as Top Dog.

An additional sanitary sewer easement is being dedicated across the Brighton Village property to the east at the same City Council meeting as this sanitary sewer easement dedication.

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the sanitary sewer line easement.
