Background:
The owner, Brighton Village, LLC, has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a 22.5 foot wide sanitary sewer easement, north side of Tucson Street, across the Reserve Area ‘C’ Overland Drainage Easement of Brighton Village. This sanitary sewer easement is proposed as an offsite easement to the property to the west, which is being platted as Top Dog.
This property and the property associated with the Top Dog plat are separated by a 50-foot right-of-way belonging to Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO). An additional sanitary sewer easement is being dedicated across the PSO property at the same City Council meeting as this sanitary sewer line easement dedication.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the sewer line easement.
