Background:

Erosion has damaged the 54” reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) on 9th Street at Natchez damaging the only direct road to the Lynn Lane Wastewater Treatment Plant. The 9th Street pavement at this location is not center on the section line right of way. The City will replace the damaged RCP with double 5’x 5’ reinforced concrete boxes (RCB). The installation of the boxes will extend on to private property. Jerry W. and Kimberly Wilkins, husband and wife, and Silverstar Investments, LLC, have donated the required easements.
