Background:

The City of Broken Arrow is acquiring right-of-way along Washington Street for the  upcoming widening project. The attached General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Craig Thurmond, the Mayor for the City of Broken Arrow,  the owner.  .
