Background:
In 2011, the City entered into an agreement with HRAOK, Inc. for design of 37th Street (209th East Avenue) from Omaha Street (51st Street South) to Albany Street (61st Street South. The attached Amendment No. 3 for 37th Street - Omaha to Albany is for additional survey related to PSO power pole relocation and to prepare additional right of way documents for revised roadway alignment to avoid extensive utility relocation. The negotiated amount of Amendment No. 3 is $1,770.25.
Cost: $1,770.25
