Approval of and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements at Jim Norton Chevrolet Expansion located at 1968 West Albany

Background:
Crossland Construction Company and Timberwolf Excavating have completed the construction for Jim Norton Chevrolet Expansion. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are the following: (1) Water; (2) Storm Sewer; (3) Sanitary Sewer and (4) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $160,582.88.
