Background:

The owner, CSD Enterprises LLC, has submitted an application requesting the closure of approximately 0.04-acre utility easement. The utility easement was recorded in Tulsa County as part of CSD Enterprises plat. CSD Enterprises has purchased additional property and are replatting the old and new property as CSD Enterprises Amended. With the addition of the new property, this utility easement is located where a future building is planned to be constructed. New utility easements are being provided with the CSD Amended plat.

Staff has reviewed the documents and are in agreement with the closure. Staff recommends the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3529 and approve the emergency clause
