Background:
In 2013, the City entered into an agreement with CEC Corporation (formerly Cobb Engineering Company) for design of Florence Street Improvements from Olive Avenue to Aspen Avenue. The attached Amendment No. 4 for Florence Street Improvements, Olive to Aspen is for modifying the designed RCB, revising the roadway profile and plans, revising the construction sequencing, temporary pavement typical sections, easement information, Temporary Construction Easements, SWPPP, and updating the drainage report with the new structure and flows. These changes will save significant time and money during construction and allow the City to keep the road open during the entire construction process. The negotiated amount of Amendment No. 4 is $43,500.00.
