Approval of and authorization to execute a Promotional License on City Property allowing the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce to host the 2018 Taste of Summer event

Background:
The Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the annual Taste of Summer event on June 9th, 2018 at Central Park. This event has been designated as a long standing event. The Special Events Committee in their meeting of April 5th, 2018 recommended approval of the request for Special Event Permit.
We are requesting review and approval of the Promotional License Agreement to provide the facility, security and support for this event which is not anticipated to exceed $10,000 of in-kind services.
Cost: Not to exceed $10,000
