Approval of and authorization to execute a Pest Control Service Agreement (fourth renewal) with Arrow Exterminators for monthly pest control at all City facilities

Background:
In March of 2014, proposals for pest control services were advertised and sent to ten (10) vendors. The bid was awarded to Arrow Exterminators and a contract was approved. Funds for this service are budgeted by each Department.
The bid provided for an annual contract with up to four optional renewal periods. No cost increase is requested and service provided under the current contract has been good, staff recommends renewing the contract for the fourth year.
Cost: $1,310.00 per month or $15,720 annually
