Background:
On April 19, 2017, professional agreement CADD 17-01 with The Schemmer Associates, Inc. was approved by the City Manager in an amount not to exceed $25,000 for computer-aided drafting design (CADD) and related technical services support to augment Engineering Division staff. This support has allowed several engineering projects to be completed in-house at a much-reduced cost. Amendment No. 1 for $25,000 was approved on February 6, 2018 to continue that support. Attached is Amendment No. 2 for $25,000 which further extends that support and adds 150 days to the original 365 days of the agreement.
