Background:
In accordance with the bylaws of the Broken Arrow Economic Development Corporation (BAEDC), the City of Broken Arrow is to approve the appointment of members. The City Manager recommends the appointment of Mr. Ted Cundiff to the BAEDC Board of Directors. Mr. Cundiff has served on the BAEDC Board for the past three years and is currently serving as the Chair. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Arkansas Valley State Bank and is a Broken Arrow resident.
