Background:
On April 26, 2018, the Judicial Nominating Committee met to consider the positions of the Presiding Judge and Alternate Judge of the Broken Arrow Municipal Court. The Committee unanimously voted to recommend that Steven E. Edgar be reappointed Presiding Judge and that Dennis A. Sagely be reappointed as Alternate Judge. Pursuant to Section 14-6.1 of the Broken Arrow Code, the Mayor may reappoint the sitting Judges or request that the Committee submit the names of three additional nominees for each position.
Cost: Pursuant to a contract to be submitted at the next Council Meeting
