Approval of and authorization to execute a Professional Consultant Agreement Amendment No. 1 with GH2 Architects, LLC for Detailed Design and Construction Bid Documents for Road Extension of East 115th Street South at the Fire Station No. 3 Replacement

Background:
The Fire Station No. 3 Replacement is a 2011 and 2014 Public Safety General Obligation (GO) Bond project. The selected site for the Station No. 3 will require a small segment of new public road, to facilitate the efficient use of the property. The Engineering & Construction Department (E&C) has negotiated with the Architect/Engineer (A/E), GH2 Architects, to amend the current contract for the design of this needed road extension (E. 115th Street South). A fee of $13,300.00 was negotiated.
Cost: $13,300.00
Funding Source: Funding for the design will be from the 2011 & 2014 Public Safety GO Bond
