Background:

As approved in the Fiscal Year 2018 Budget, the Engineering & Construction Department intends to implement a software package to facilitate the tracking and coordination of all design & construction projects under our control.  The first step in this process is to hire a firm to assist us with the selection/development and eventual implementation of this package and to assist in the coordination of this new software with the new ERP software currently under review.  Requests for Qualifications were sent out and six (6) firms responded to the request.  After evaluation & scoring, it was determined AM:PM Consulting LLC would be best suited to assist the City with this process.
