Background:

The City of Broken Arrow Utilities department requested the acquisition of a parcel of land, and the obtainment of a mutual access easement, adjacent to the 209th Street Lift Station. When servicing this facility the service technicians need access to the west gate. This parcel allows the safe access needed to service the equipment. The attached General Warranty Deed and Mutual Access Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Kenneth E. Lovelace, the owner.  Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.

 

Cost:                                                                $4,950.00

Funding Source:       Funding for this project is from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board FAP-FY17 Loan.
