Background:
The conditional final plat of CSD Enterprises Amended contains 4.1 acres located one-quarter mile south of Omaha Street, west of Aspen Avenue. The property is presently zoned PUD-226/CH and A-CH. On March 20, 2018, the City Council conditionally approved PUD-226A and BAZ-1997 to change the zoning on the property from PUD-226/CH (Commercial Heavy) and A-CH to PUD-226A/CH and IL (Industrial), subject to platting.
This item was heard by the Technical Advisory Committee on April 24, 2018. In their meeting of April 26, 2018, the Planning Commission recommended approval (5-0 vote) of PT13-104A per Staff recommendation. Staff recommended that PT13-104A be approved, subject to the attached checklist. No one spoke against this item.
