The attached Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma a municipal corporation, from Brandon Dorsey, for the Dorsey Insurance Offices, LLC, the owner.
Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
Funding for this project is from the G.O. Bond 2011 and 2014.
