The attached Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Craig Thurmond, Mayor, for the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, a municipal corporation, the owner.
Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
Funding for this project is from the G.O. Bond 2011 and 2014.
