Ratification of Mayor’s signature on Application for FY18 Tulsa Urban County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds

Background:
The current round of Tulsa Urban County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) provides for $348,515.00 in Capital Improvements. The CDBG funds are to be expended in Low- to Moderate-Income Blocks, which for this round are defined on the maps in the attached application. City staff have planned two (2) projects for this application: (1) Rehabilitation of Detroit Street from 4th Street to 6th Street and (2) Rehabilitation of Detroit Street from 6th Street to 9th Street. The cost is estimated at $348,515.00, which does not exceed the allocated amount.
