Background:
The New Splash Pad and Playground in Leisure Park is located approximately 1/2 mile east of Aspen Avenue and one-half mile north of Florence Street.
The Engineering and Construction Department prepared the attached amendment with PDG, LLC for construction assistance services in the form of submittal review, addressing RFI’s (Request For Information) submitted to the City by the contractor and job site visits, invoiced on an hourly basis not to exceed an amount of $3,500.00.
Funding for the project is from the 2014 Quality of Life General Obligation Bonds.
Cost: $3,500.00
