Background:

On January 19, 2016, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ 1950 to change the zoning on 38.62 acres located north of Houston Street, one-quarter to one-half mile east of 9th Street from A-1 to IL along with PUD 245.  Both BAZ 1950 and PUD 245 were approved subject to the property being platted.  The plat, JDC Houston Street Addition, was recorded in Tulsa County on March 1, 2017.

 

Zoning Change: A-1 to IL/PUD 245

 

Acreage: 38.62 acres

All of JDC Houston Street Addition, a subdivision to the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, a part of the SE/4 of the SW/4 of Section 12, Township 18 North, Range 14 East , 38.62 acres, 1 Lot, 1 Block, PUD 245 and BAZ 1950

 

be and the same is hereby changed from the zoning classification of A-1 (Agricultural District) to IL (Industrial Light District) along with PUD 245.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3521 and approve the Emergency Clause.
