Background:
On January 19, 2016, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ 1950 to change the zoning on 38.62 acres located north of Houston Street, one-quarter to one-half mile east of 9th Street from A-1 to IL along with PUD 245. Both BAZ 1950 and PUD 245 were approved subject to the property being platted. The plat, JDC Houston Street Addition, was recorded in Tulsa County on March 1, 2017.

be and the same is hereby changed from the zoning classification of A-1 (Agricultural District) to IL (Industrial Light District) along with PUD 245.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3521 and approve the Emergency Clause.
