Background:
On April 21, 2015, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ 1931 to change the zoning on 27.40 acres located south and west of the southwest corner of New Orleans Street and Olive Avenue from A-1 to RS-3 along with PUD 235. Both BAZ 1931 and PUD 235 were approved subject to the property being platted. The plat, Rabbit Run, was recorded in Tulsa County on January 24, 2017.

be and the same is hereby changed from the zoning classification of A-1 (Agricultural District) to RS-3 (Single-Family Residential District) along with PUD 235.

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3518 and approve the Emergency Clause.
