Background:
On September 5, 2017, Ordinance No. 3494 was approved by the City Council. After further review by Staff, the title of the Ordinance inadvertently included the phrase "consideration, discussion and possible approval of". Such language has been removed and Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3493-CORRECTED.

Rezoning case PUD 236 was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on June 1, 2015, subject to the east part of the property being platted. The underlying zoning of CH (Commercial Heavy District) remained unchanged. The plat, Ferguson Addition, was recorded in Tulsa County on February 3, 2017. The property, which contains 13.97 acres, is located on the southeast corner of the Broken Arrow Expressway and Elm Place.
